Among them, Phase I factory is located in Qingdao Development Zone, Shandong province, China, mainly producing large diameter seamless pipe and straight seam welded pipe, and having the biggest production/supply stock warehouse for overseas export projects. In addition, to meet the domestic and foreign market demand, the company invests RMB 500 million to establish Phase II factory in Hebei Province and Phase III factory in Tianjin city respectively in 2008 and 2010, realizing the production and project support services of spiral welded pipe, oil pipe, large diameter straight seam welded pipe, galvanized pipe, square pipe and steel plastic composite pipe.
The group has totally 13 production lines for spiral steel pipes (including one fly welding production line for big diameter and thick wall pipes), one anticorrosion and thermal insulation production line, three sets and nine production lines for DSAW Straight seam steel pipe, eight galvanized welded pipe production lines, five steel-plastic composite pipe production lines, nine Black Rectangular/square pipe production lines, three galvanized rectangular/square pipe production lines.
