2,Characteristic & Application:    

Straight seam steel pipes are mainly used in domestic water engineering, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, power industry, agricultural irrigation, urban construction. 

For the transport of liquids: water supply and drainage. 

For gas transportation: gas, steam, liquefied petroleum gas. 

For structural purposes: as piling pipe for bridges; docks, roads, buildings and other structures tube.

3, LSAW Pipe Manufacturing Process as follow:    

Slitting - uncoiling - strip leveler - head and tail cut - strip butt - Looper material storage - Forming - Welding - clear the glitch - Sizing - testing - fly cut - initial inspection - Tube Straightening - pipe processing - hydrostatic Test - flaw detection - printing and coating - finished.
